AMG has screwed me over again, this time they are billing me an additional 9603.00 for an auto
insurance policy because my *** ex will not insure her car. The AMG loan has a lien on both my car and my ex's car and I am stuck with the POS loan payment and because I cannot insure her POS car, I am now stuck with the POS additional payment to cover her
insurance. That works out to be an additional $150.00 per month over the life of the POS loan. I AM PISSED!!!!! I hope someone reads this and never uses AMG to get a loan, they ***!!!

I love how people never look at loan docs. Its like their eyes are closed.. If you are a cosigner, you are STILL RESPONSIBLE also for the loan, even if it your ex's and you always have to have f/c on your vehicle if it has a lien. If you wrecked, like blogger said, and you couldnt get fixed, would you want to keep paying the loan? no.. protects everyone. If total vehicle, have f/c insurance, then you dont have to worry about the loan. Its taken care of.
Quit complaining

You know, any time you finance a vehicle you are required to carry full coverage insurance. It protects you the buyer and the company should something happen to the vehicle. Lets say you wreck it and you don't have insurance, then what. You still have to pay for a car you don't have! HOnestly, it's not that bad! Do you guys sign loan docs with your eyes closed!

Any time you are making payments on a car you are required to carry full coverage insurance on it. You shouldnt have put your name on a loan if you wernt willing to follow the contract.

Hey this is a common practice for AGF. They hvae made my pregnant sister pay for them adding insurance to her car which is a 94 Taurus broke down and parked a repair shop. She can;t pay to fix car, not worth having insurance and AGF promises to sue her if she does't pay thier loan and added insurance .
