Springleaf filed foreclosure notice and auction date while refusing to talk to new Trustee, charged the trust beneficiaries $6300 in late fees after refusing to work with the new trustee even when the Court told them that they were to work with the new trustee. The problem was that it was a personal loan taken out by the former trustee which was and is not legal
